"Save America" rally attendees raise forefingers during a pre-rally speech, reportedly the first time this action was taken en masse at a Trump event. The raised finger has variously been interpreted as indicating "America first" or as a QAnon sign based on the shadowy conspiracy group's motto, "where we go one we go all" (WWG1WGA). These ralliers told me they did it to support "bringing God back" into American life, though one wears a QAnon bracelet.
